4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• 50% advance payment required before project commencement
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Monthly retainer for ongoing services
• Late payment may result in service suspension

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

6. Intellectual Property

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and business details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for work completed

10. Warranty and Support

We provide a 30-day warranty on development work for bug fixes and technical issues. Ongoing support and maintenance are available under separate agreements.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation first. If unsuccessful, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
