1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://anantawebtech.com and any website development, graphic design, or related services (the "Services") provided by Ananta Web Tech ("Ananta Web Tech", "we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our Services, submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation, or making a payment, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services We Provide

Ananta Web Tech provides website development, e-commerce development, content management system builds, graphic design, brand identity design, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for a project are set out in a written quotation, proposal, or invoice, which forms part of the agreement between you and us for that project. Where these Terms and a signed project proposal conflict, the project proposal takes precedence for that specific engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your project on time and to the agreed standard, we rely on you to:

• Provide accurate, complete information, content, and brand assets (logos, text, images) in a timely manner.
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or clarification within a reasonable time.
• Ensure that any content, images, or trademarks you supply to us do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule in your quotation or invoice.

Delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or delayed payment may extend the project timeline accordingly.

4. Project Timelines & Delays

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on the scope agreed at the start of a project and on the assumption that the Client responds to requests promptly. Timelines may shift due to scope changes, delayed feedback, delayed content delivery, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will communicate any expected delay as soon as we become aware of it.

5. Revisions & Change Requests

Each project quotation specifies the number of revision rounds included. Reasonable revisions within the originally agreed scope are included at no extra cost. Requests that go beyond the original scope (new pages, new features, a different design direction after approval, additional design concepts, etc.) may be treated as a change request and quoted separately before work begins.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full and final payment for a project, ownership of the final approved deliverables (the website's design and content, or the final design files, as applicable to your project) transfers to the Client, except for:

• Any third-party assets, plugins, stock photography, fonts, or licensed software used in the project, which remain subject to their own licence terms.
• Ananta Web Tech's own pre-existing tools, code snippets, frameworks, or design systems used to deliver the work, which we retain the right to reuse in other projects.

Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Ananta Web Tech and may not be used, published, or distributed by the Client.

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing and we agree to that request (for example, where a project is covered by a confidentiality agreement).

7. Third-Party Tools & Licenses

Where a project involves third-party services (domain registration, hosting, premium themes or plugins, stock imagery, SaaS tools, payment gateways, etc.), any recurring fees, licence renewals, or account ownership for those services are the Client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We treat information shared with us about your business, products, and strategy as confidential, and we will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the Services (for example, to a sub-contractor bound by the same confidentiality expectations) or where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ananta Web Tech's total liability arising out of or relating to a project is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from the use of a website or design we have delivered, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project in writing if the other party materially breaches these Terms and does not remedy the breach within a reasonable period after being notified. If the Client terminates a project partway through, fees for work already completed remain payable, and any refund of unused advance payment is handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
